PURPOSE: A fastening member of a form stiffener is provided to easily separate a stiffener and reuse the separated stiffener by joining the stiffener and a metal panel through a fastening member to be separated. CONSTITUTION: A fastening member of a form stiffener comprises a bracket(140) and a fastening member(150). The bracket comprises a fixing unit(141), a support unit(143), and a fastening unit(145) of a hole shape. The fixing unit is welded to a panel(110). A support unit support a side of a stiffener(120). The fastening unit of a hole shaped is joined to a fastening member. The fastening member comprises a plate(175), a lever(157), a fastening rod(159), and a fixing unit(153) of a hook shape. The lever is fastened to the plate by a first hinge(171). The fastening rod is fastened to one side of the lever's both sides by a second hinge(173). The fastening unit is formed in the end part of the fastening rod.
