PURPOSE: A serial or parallel dye sensitized solar cell module is provided to prevent efficiency degradation of the dye sensitized solar cell module by removing bubbles of an electrolyte in a unit cell. CONSTITUTION: Semiconductor electrodes(120a,120b,120c) are formed on a conductive transparent layer(114) of a cathode substrate(110) in parallel. An etching groove(116) is formed on the conductive transparent layer of the cathode substrate to insulate electrodes. Counter electrodes(160a,160b,160c) are arranged on a conductive transparent layer(154) of an anode substrate(150) in parallel. An etching groove(156) is formed on the conductive transparent layer of the anode electrode to insulate counter electrodes. Electrolytes for oxidation reduction are filled between the cathode electrode and the anode electrode. |
