PURPOSE: An integrated contents billing system in a nonstandard protocol basis and a method thereof are provided to manage a wireless Internet billing data which is separated into information service charge and data service charge as one wireless Internet billing data. CONSTITUTION: A content packet generating device generates detailed information of a requested content for integrated billing following a user request of content. The content packet generating device generates and transmits packet data on a nonstandard protocol basis. An integrated content billing server(300) analyzes an extended area of a nonstandard packet protocol of a transmitted packet data. The integrated content billing server generates a first and a second billing data for data service charge and content information service charge, respectively, in a packet unit. |
