PURPOSE: An error check system for a digital map through the precise comparison of a reference point applied to a geographical image and GPS position information is provided to transmit a coordinate signal under optimized transmission environment. CONSTITUTION: An error check system for a digital map through the precise comparison of a reference point applied to a geographical image and GPS position information comprises a reference point applying device(A), a photographing device(10), and a digital map generator(20). The reference point applying device comprises a foundation unit, a rotary container drive unit(M), a solar cell(200), a cleaning solution supply unit, an air jetting unit, an impurity removing member, a lift unit, a transmitter(700), an illumination sensor(800), a control unit(900), and an input unit(i). The photographing device comprises a GPS unit(11), a camera(12), a receiver(13), and a controller(14). The digital map generator comprises a geographical image DB(21), a drawing image DB(22), an image edit module(23), a coordinate composing module(24), and an image drawing module(25). The geographical image DB stores geographical images collected in the photographing device. The drawing image DB stores images drawn based on the geographical images.
