PURPOSE: An antibacterial filter and a faucet with antibacterial and sterilization functions, and a drinkable water storage device using the same are provided to embody an antibacterial filter with wide surface area using a small amount of silver. CONSTITUTION: A drinkable water storage device with antibacterial and sterilization functions comprises a water tank and a water discharge port(500). The water tank comprises an inlet with a cap equipped with an air passage containing a silver yarn mesh filter(140) and a silver thread bunch filter(160). The water discharge port comprises a water supply conduit(510), a housing(580) connected to the water supply conduit, a water discharge conduit(530), a push member(570), and a water supply lever(590).
