PURPOSE: A mobile device with a personal connection processing unit and a personal connection management method thereof are provided to enable a user to record the basic personal information and a personal connection memo of a target personal connection in detail on a smart phone, thereby helping the user to keep a good relationship with people. CONSTITUTION: A personal connection processing unit(20) displays personal connection management contents on a displayer(40) when receiving an incoming call number or incoming message number. A memory unit(30) stores a processed data. A personal connection memo processing unit(22) of the personal connection processing unit reads personal connection data and personal connection memo data. The personal connection memo processing unit displays personal connection memo data related to the personal connection data on the displayer.
