<p>PURPOSE: A charge and discharge control circuit and a battery device including the same are provided reduce the area of a layout by reducing the number of elements which are used. CONSTITUTION: A battery device having a charge and discharge control circuit(151) comprise a secondary battery(101), a control circuit(102), and a double-way conduction type field effect transistor(114). The battery device comprises an external terminals(120, 121) connected with a battery charger(132) or a load(131), a PMOS(P-channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor) transistor(110), and NMOS(N-channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor) transistors(111, 161, 162). A switching circuit(152) is composed of a first terminal(124) and a second terminal(125). Both ends of the secondary battery is connected to a cathode current source terminal(122) and an anode current source terminal(123).</p> |
