PURPOSE: A state monitoring apparatus is provided to prevent the damage of data in an internal memory unit by monitoring the occurrence of induced noise or lightening. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell array state monitoring apparatus includes an amplifier(420), converters(430, 440, 490), and a central processor(405). The amplifier amplifies plural channels in order to match inputted photovoltaic voltages or current signals with a solar cell array by inputting the photovoltaic voltages or the current signal. The converter changes the amplified signal into a digital signal. An insulation unit disconnect with the digital signal outputted by the converter. The central processor inputs the digital signal disconnected by the insulation unit.
