PURPOSE: A non-utility pumping system using air current is provided to build a structure on river, dam, lake, reservoir, sea, installed a water power generator and produce infinite power with a non-utility pumping system. CONSTITUTION: A non-utility pumping system using air current comprises a central casing, a left casing, and a right casing. The left and right casings are coupled to the left and right around the central casing. A water supply pipe and an air pipe are formed in the central, left and right casings. A left water-supply motor-driven valve and a right water-supply motor-driven valve are mounted on the water supply pipe. A left water-discharge pipe with a left water-discharge motor-driven valve is formed on the left casing. A right water-discharge pipe with a right water-discharge motor-driven valve is formed on the right casing.
