PURPOSE: A wind power generating device for compressed air which minimizes the passing obstacle of animal and vehicle is provided to prevent that a rotary wing rotates in spite of lower speed of wind. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generating device for compressed air comprises a plurality of perpendicular frames(10), a plurality of horizontal storage tank frames(20), and a compressed air generating device(30). The perpendicular frame is included of a storage tank of cylindrical type in order to store the compressed air. A plurality of horizontal storage tank frames is connected to the respective adjacent horizontal storage tank frame. The connecting member comprises a middle coupling member and an end connection member. The compressed air from the compressed air generating device is saved in the horizontal storage tank frame.
