ANTIMICROBIAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING FERMENTED MAGNOLIA EXTRACTS

PURPOSE: An antibacterial composition containing fermented magnolia extract is provided to ensure wide antibacterial spectrum without toxicity and side effect. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial composition contains fermented magnolia extract as an active ingredient. The composition has antibacterial activity against bacteria, fungi, or yeast. The antibacterial composition additionally contains Epimedium Koreanum Nakai and olive. A cosmetic composition contains 1-30 wt% of the antibacterial composition. The antibacterial composition is prepared by inoculating fermentation strain to magnolia and fermenting at 20-35°C for 24-120.
