PURPOSE: A light amount adjusting apparatus and a photographing apparatus including the same are provided to photography both two dimensional images and three dimension images by interlocking a two-dimensional aperture assembly and a three-dimensional aperture assembly with a rotating plate. CONSTITUTION: A light amount adjusting apparatus(1) includes a supporting plate(10), a rotating plate(20), a two-dimensional aperture plate(40), a three-dimensional aperture plate, a blocking plate(60), and a blocking plate driving part(65). The supporting plate includes a first through hole(11) through which light passes. The rotating plate includes a second through hole(21) which is corresponded to the firs through hole. The two-dimensional aperture plate is engaged with the rotating plate and adjusts the opening area of the first through hole according to the rotation of the rotating plate. The three-dimensional aperture plate is movably formed between an escaping position and a photographing position. The blocking plate is movably formed between the operating position and a stopping position. The blocking plate driving part drives the blocking plate.
