PURPOSE: A system for providing insurance service, a device thereof, and a method thereof are provided to check the health condition of a user by receiving the biometric information of the user measured by the biometric measuring device from a user terminal, thereby offering the information of insurance benefits related to the health condition of the user. CONSTITUTION: An insurance database(180) stores terminal information of users, benefits information of the insurance purchased by the users, and documents information required for receiving the benefits. A biometric analysis server server(160) receives the biometric information which a user terminal receives from a biometric measuring device(100). The biometric analysis server generates a health condition of the user based on the received biometric information. An insurance service server(172) provides the benefits information and the documents information to the terminal.
