<p>PURPOSE: An optical exterior inspection apparatus and a method for inspecting the exterior using the same are provided to improve the degree of freedom in design optics including an object lens by changing the refraction index of the liquid badge from the refraction index of the liquid of the dipping unit. CONSTITUTION: An optical exterior inspection apparatus comprises an inspection beam irradiation unit, a positioning unit, a light-receiving unit, an image processor, and a dipping unit. The inspection beam irradiation unit(a1) irradiates the test beam toward an object to be inspected. The positioning unit(a2) establishes the prescribed positioning of the object on the test beam. The light-receiving unit receives one among the reflection test beam, reflected by the object, and the penetration test beam, transmitted through the object. The image processor performs the image processing based on one among the reflection test beam and the penetration test beam. The dipping unit(a5) stores the object. The dipping unit is filled with the liquid to bend the test beam irradiated toward the object.</p> |
