PURPOSE: A rotatable seat and abdominal muscles exercise machine including a column pulley feature are provided to move an abdominal muscles exercise machine between a standing location and a lying location by including a back and a seat frame unit. CONSTITUTION: A seat cushion(30) includes a front end and a back end unit. The supporting area of a horizontal member is connected with a journal pillar in order to support weights of a user. When the user sits on the seat cushion, the back of the user is contacted with a back cushion(20). The coccyx of the user is perpendicularly arranged at the journal pillar. Each arm unit(50) includes a handle unit(50c) and extension units(50a, 50b). The admissible space of the user is increased by each arm unit.
