<p>The system has a main shaft (2) connected to a drive motor (5), and a secondary shaft (6) connected to the main shaft by an initial gear ratio coupler (10) and a final gear ratio coupler (9). An electronic passage module i.e. electronic control unit (17), transfers sliding of the final gear ratio coupler towards a main clutch (3) e.g. multi-disk clutch. The unit controls gear ratio change of an automatic gearbox (1) based on clutch torque, where the gear ratio change is ascending gear ratio change under torque or in deceleration or descending gear ratio change under torque or in deceleration. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling gear ratio change of an automatic gearbox.</p> |
