The module (1) has reflectors (6, 7) arranged to reflect light coming from a light source i.e. LED. A folding element (8) is placed on a path of light coming from the reflectors and arranged to reflect light coming from the reflectors. The folding element is fixed in the module in a motionless manner with respect to the light source. The folding element is made by a metal piece. The folding element is equipped with lower and upper reflective faces (70, 71). The reflective faces of the folding element are connected by forming a bevel with an acute angle.
