The device has a case (B) forming a small trough at its base. The case is traversed by a core integrated Archimedes screw (C) whose end (A) is mounted on a mandrel of a portable drilling machine to permit rotation of the screw by starting the drilling machine, for extruding a pasty product contained in the case towards a tubular orifice (D), while mixing and transporting the product. A plate (J) is fixed inside the case. The tubular orifice allows receiving different types of extrusion nozzles (E) based on the needs.
