The element (1) has a base plate (2) including anchoring units to anchor the element to a frontage, where the frontage is made of concrete, solid wood or metal. A support (3) supports fixing units i.e. metal rod, connected to a panel for covering a part of the frontage, and a receptacle receives the fixing units, where the base plate and the support are made of steel. Guiding units extend at a distance from the base plate, where the guiding units guide the fixing units towards the receptacle. The receptacle is arranged between the anchoring units and the guiding units. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a panel for covering a part of a frontage of a building, comprising a frame (2) a method for fixing a panel on a frontage of a building.
