PURPOSE: A parking auxiliary apparatus and information offering apparatus for offering remaining fuel/refueling amount is provided to remove a sender unit for measuring remaining amount of fuel, thereby reducing cost. CONSTITUTION: A parking auxiliary apparatus and information offering apparatus for offering remaining fuel/refueling amount(10) comprises a posterior sensor(200), a fuel sensor(300), and a controller(100). The posterior sensor detects a first distance data which covers the distance to an object existing in rear side of a vehicle. The fuel sensor detects a second distance data which covers from the top of the fuel tank to the fuel surface. The controller outputs danger degree by processing the first distance data offered from the posterior sensor for parking assistance. The controller outputs remaining fuel amount or refueling amount by processing the second distance data offered from the fuel sensor. The controller outputs danger degree by processing the first distance data in response to signals from a rear gear.
