PURPOSE: A foldable shape deformation handbag is provided to enable a user to use a handbag by deforming the shape of the handbag according to use or using condition thereof. CONSTITUTION: A foldable shape deformation handbag comprises a receiving member(110), an opening and closing member(120), and a cubic shape molding unit(130). The receiving member has a receiving space so that the top thereof can be opened. The opening and closing member opens and closes the receiving space of the receiving member. The cubic shape molding unit is able to form a cubic shape by folding the receiving member. The cubic shape molding unit is formed of a folding line.
