A hood lock structure configured so that an auxiliary lever can be operated easily and so that, when a collision body collides with the hood from the frontmost end side thereof, the front end of the hood can deform by a large stroke. The upper end side of a hood catch (50) and an auxiliary lever (60) are connected by a connection structure (70) so that the upper end side of the hood catch (50) and the auxiliary lever (60) can be integrally rotationally displaced about the axis of a first pin (34) which is disposed in the width direction of the hood. When a load greater than or equal to predetermined value acting downward toward the rear of the vehicle is inputted in the auxiliary lever (60) with the hood (14) closed, the connection structure (70) permits the auxiliary lever (60) to be rotationally displaced by the inputted load about the axis of a second pin (66), which is disposed in the width direction of the hood, relative to the hood catch (50). |
