[Objective] To provide a lighting apparatus for a vacuum apparatus, wherein light can be made to enter inside a vacuum apparatus through a viewing window, and the inside of the vacuum apparatus can be visually confirmed from the viewing window by lightening the inside of the vacuum apparatus. [Solution] The lighting apparatus for a vacuum apparatus (10a) comprises: a connecting adapter (11) that is connected detachably to the viewing window by a connecting means; an opening (12) that is formed at the center section of the connecting adapter (11), and through which the inside of the vacuum apparatus can be visually confirmed via the viewing window; and a plurality of LEDs (light-emitting diodes) (13) that are mounted on the connecting adapter (11), and face the viewing window. The lighting apparatus (10a) is mounted onto the viewing window, which is for visually confirming the inside of the vacuum apparatus, and lightens the inside of the vacuum apparatus. |
