PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cooker having a silk screen printing surface and a silk screen printing device thereof are provided to form various printing patterns on the exterior surface of cookers, having one curved surface as well as curved surfaces coexisting to x and y axises, by silk screen printing. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cooker(10) having a silk screen printing surface is as follows. A cooker is molded with an aluminum plate. The exterior surface of the molded cooker is formed slickly. Oil stain or various contaminants are eliminated. In order to improve adhesion in coating, a paper treatment or a chemical etching treatment are implemented. The surface of the cooker, finished the paper treatment or the chemical etching treatment, is implemented wet coating. A desired pattern is formed on the wet coated surface of the cooker. The cross section of the cooker is processed. The interior and the exterior surfaces except the wet coated surface form a coating layer. |
