PURPOSE: A barium titanium oxalate particle, a manufacturing method thereof, a manufacturing method of barium titanate are provided to increase yielding rate by proceeding consecutive reactions within specific temperature range. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of A barium titanium oxalate particle comprises the following steps: supplying aqueous solution which can be obtained by mixing oxalic acid and (TiSl4) titanium tetrachloride with water and barium chloride aqueous solution to a reactor(1); discharging the reacting solution(3) from the reactor; and proceeding manufacturing reaction of barium titanium oxalate at 50deg.C. The barium titanium oxalate stays in the reactor for 1-60 minutes. The barium titanium oxalate particle has average particle diameter of 0.1-50micro meters.
