<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instruction of validation to the European agent of each country in order to legally validate authorized European patent application. <P>SOLUTION: A computer system 1 transmits a validation instruction message to a plurality of European agents 8, and requests the validation of authorized European patents. The computer system 1 communicates with an interface 2, a specification database 3 and the plurality of European agents 8, and when receiving a European patent identifier 5 and a selection country via the interface 2, the computer system 1 acquires (a) European patent specifications 9 corresponding to the European patent identifier 5 from the specification database 3, and (b) provides the European patent specifications 9 and a validation instruction message 10 to a specific European agent 11 corresponding to the selection country.
