<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to increase and decrease signal synchronization circuits of IO parts accompanying with the change of design of a host controller performing transmission and reception of data to and from an external electronic device such as a SD cart, etc. <P>SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a data processing device 100 has an IO part 102 and a data processing part 101 performing data transmission between the IO part and a host device.
