摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a false particle with a built-in RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag, which is used to obtain raw material charging condition in a bell-less blast furnace and has a high following accuracy to the objective raw material. <P>SOLUTION: The false particle with the built-in RFID tag is used for obtaining the charging condition of the raw material by being charged together with the raw material through a transporting conveyor in the bell-less blast furnace having a distributing chute at the furnace top. The false particle with the built-in RFID tag satisfies the following formulae (1) to (5): f<SB POS="POST">1</SB>(x)<y<f<SB POS="POST">2</SB>(x) (1), f<SB POS="POST">1</SB>(x)=46.0-147x+152x<SP POS="POST">2</SP>-51x<SP POS="POST">3</SP>(2), f<SB POS="POST">2</SB>(x)=119-300x+258x<SP POS="POST">2</SP>-75x<SP POS="POST">3</SP>(3), x=(d<SB POS="POST">b</SB>/d<SB POS="POST">IC</SB>) (4), y=(&rho;<SB POS="POST">IC</SB>/&rho;<SB POS="POST">b</SB>) (5). (d<SB POS="POST">b</SB>) is the middle diameter of the objective raw material particle, (d<SB POS="POST">IC</SB>) is a sphere-equivalent diameter becoming the volume equivalent of the false particle with the built-in RFID tag, (&rho;<SB POS="POST">IC</SB>) is apparent density of the false particle with the built-in RFID tag and (&rho;<SB POS="POST">b</SB>) is the apparent density of the objective raw material particle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
