<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of surely erasing written information, thereby surely preventing the leakage of the information. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 103 of a nonvolatile semiconductor memory drive 10 includes: a first erase mode in which an address management table indicating correspondence between each of logical block addresses and each of physical addresses of nonvolatile semiconductor memories 104A to 104H is initialized and storage areas of the nonvolatile semiconductor memories are set to a state in which user data is not written; a second erase mode in which the address management table is initialized, the storage areas are set to the state in which user data is not written, and blocks other than bad blocks, which are included in the storage areas, are erased; and a third erase mode in which the address management table is initialized, the storage areas are set to the state in which user data is not written, and blocks including the bad blocks, which are included in the storage areas, are erased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
