摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element structure of a liquid crystal display device capable of preventing short-circuiting between source wiring and gate wiring due to static electricity in the manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: The source wiring includes a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer, and a conductive layer. At an intersection part between the source wiring and the gate wiring, the conductive layer at the end of the source wiring is removed, thereby making the semiconductor layer protrude.
