<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air vent structure for a waterproof connector capable of suppressing a change in an insertion/extraction force of the waterproof connector connected to a control unit and reducing the size of the waterproof connector. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit 63 controlling an engine is mounted to a throttle body 61 to which a throttle valve 70 opening/closing an intake passage 67 is journaled. A waterproof connector 81 connected to a harness 66 on the vehicle body side and connected to the control unit 63 via waterproof packing 86, 87 is provided. An air vent passage 84 communicating an internal space 63b of the control unit 63 with the intake passage 67 via a one-way valve 84a is formed, so as to be communicated with the intake passage 67 on the downstream side of the throttle valve 70. The control unit 63 is mounted on an upper wall face 91 on the vehicle body upper side of the throttle body 61, and the waterproof connector 81 is connected from the lateral side or upper side of the control unit 63 which is an approximately rectangular parallelepiped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
