<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator preventing outflow of varnish impregnated into winding, improving varnish packing density inside the winding, simplifying a varnish dropping process and improving productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor of the rotary electric machine includes: a stator core of the rotary electric machine, in which an insulating material is inserted into a core and on which a winding processing is performed; an insulating material arranged between the windings between respective phases in the stator and whose width in a stator radial direction is narrower in a center of a stator axial direction rather than upper/lower ends in the stator axial direction; and a varnish material injected to a winding processing portion of the stator core. Varnish flow resistance becoming lower by space/gap with the adjacent windings is improved and flow of the varnish impregnated into the winding is controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
