<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate laminate which is equipped with fireproofness to leaping flames required for roofing materials and also, is almost free from warpage after manufacturing. <P>SOLUTION: The polycarbonate laminate includes a glass cloth 3 laminated, through an adhesive layer 2, on one surface of a polycarbonate base 1. The number of yarns per inch of the glass cloth 3 is such that the weft and warp each number 32 to 120 pieces/25 mm, and the amount applied of the glass cloth 3 is 100 to 500g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>. In addition, the adhesive layer 2 indicates the storage elastic modulus of 1×10<SP POS="POST">7</SP>-1×10<SP POS="POST">9</SP>Pa at 20°C and also at frequency of 1 Hz, and the thickness of the adhesive layer 2 is 50 to 700 μm. Further, the fireproofness to leaping flames can be upgraded by setting the amount applied and the number of yarns per inch of the glass cloth 3 within the range as described.
