<p>There is disclosed a method of providing access to a customer's information (e.g. document (12)) to party ("requester") (16) that requires that information for a service required by the customer (10). The method includes storing the information on a computer system (20), providing the customer with an authorisation code unique to a particular requester, and receiving a request from that requester for access to the information. The request must include a code and the method includes determining if that code matches the authorisation code. If so, the requester is provided access to the information. The invention further relates to a system for effecting the method, and to a method of accessing such information.</p> |
