<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print management system capable of surely transmitting a message associated with a file to a user who attempts to print the file. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 10 comprises a message management table 50 for registering the message in association with the file. When a terminal device 30 sends information of the file selected as a printing object to the image forming apparatus 10, the image forming apparatus 10 checks whether the message associated with the file is registered in the message management table 50 or not and displays the message on the terminal device 30 when it is registered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
