MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND ON-VEHICLE TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system capable of controlling operations according to driving conditions and preventing a driver from performing incorrect operations.

SOLUTION: A management terminal 16 installed in a management center 15 determines a program which a driver is going to carry out using an in-service vehicle 12. An on-vehicle terminal 13 operated by the driver acquires the program from the management terminal 16 through an electronic recording medium 14 or a communication line network 17. The on-vehicle terminal 13, having an operation input part which the driver operates while carrying out the program, restricts operations of buttons or the like on the operation input part based on a condition to an arbitrary degree about the current location of the in-service vehicle 12, the time and date when the program is being carried out and the driving state of the in-service vehicle 12. The conditions for the operation restriction can be set at the management terminal 16.
