<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device capable of suppressing the output error of an output signal caused by leakage of an electric charge, and a display device including the storage device. <P>SOLUTION: A storage device comprises: a photoelectric conversion element for converting an optical signal into an electric signal; a transistor electrically connected to the photoelectric conversion element and including an oxide semiconductor film in a channel formation region; and a holding capacitor electrically connected to the transistor and generating an output voltage by accumulating the electric signal.
