<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing noodles excellent in the sense of cooking for instant noodles. <P>SOLUTION: The following noodle line cut-out device is used in cutting out noodle lines. In the noodle line cut-out device, two grazers are disposed for a first cutting blade roll 21 and a second cutting blade roll 22 respectively, and spacings in the horizontal direction between an outer position into which an outer grazer 32 of the first cut-out blade roll is fitted and an inner position into which an inner grazer 31 of the first cut-out blade roll is fitted, between the inner position of the inner grazer 31 of the first cut-out blade roll and an outer position into which an inner grazer 33 of the second cut-out blade roll is fitted, and between an inner position of the inner grazer 33 of the second cut-out blade roll and an outer position of an outer grazer 34 of the second cut-out blade roll are at least 10 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
