<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency by operating a motor generator 2 in a region with high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A generation torque Tp corresponding to a rotation frequency N set based on efficiency of the motor generator 2 and a target torque Tc is stored in a drive generation control unit 8 of a drive generation control system 1. The generation torque Tp is a torque in an operating region with high efficiency or near the operating region. The drive generation control unit 8 determines the generation torque Tp corresponding to the rotation frequency N and the target torque Tc to allow the motor generator 2 to operate so as to generate the generation torque Tp continuously or intermittently according to a rate of the target torque Tc with respect to the generation torque Tp. Thereby, the motor generator 2 generates the generation torque Tp continuously or intermittently to supply the target torque Tc required for running or braking a vehicle to a propeller shaft 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
