PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a circuit scale by decreasing the number of output terminals of a clock driver circuit.
SOLUTION: When the cathode of a light emitting thyristor 210 is set to a low level, voltage is applied between the anode and cathode thereof. Meanwhile, since the gates of respective thyristors 111 in a scanning circuit section 100 which starts its shifting operation according to clocks supplied through a resistance 120 and the respective gates of light emitting thyristors 210 are connected respectively, voltage is applied also between the gate and cathode of a thyristor 111. At such a time, only the gate of the light emitting thyristor 210 commanded to emit light by the scanning circuit section 100 is selectively set to a high level, thereby turning on the light emitting thyristor 210 commanded to emit the light. Especially, an RL differentiating circuit 90 differentiates clock pulses output from the clock driver circuit 70, thereby producing undershoot waveform or overshoot waveform. Therefore, the number of output terminals CK1R and CK2R of the clock driver circuit 70 is decreased.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
