<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vector encoding an adenovirus death protein (ADP) gene for treating cancer, or a vector encoding both the ADP gene and a GM-CSF (granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor) gene. <P>SOLUTION: The vector encoding the ADP gene and the vector encoding both ADP gene and GM-CSF gene are provided. A complex containing the vector encoding the ADP gene or encoding both the ADP gene and GM-CSF gene and a gene transfer reagent, and a medicine containing them are also provided.
