<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a box-shaped molded product which is formed of lamination material with a thermoplastic sheet coated with a fiber sheet, and has a deep drawn shape, and provide a container cover using the box-shaped molded product. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the box-shaped molded product 1 includes: a process 1 for setting the fiber sheet 5 having a hot-melt adhesive layer 6 arranged on a surface on a projected die 12 in a state that a molding die 13 formed of the projected die 12 and a recessed die 11 is opened; a process 2 for supplying the thermoplastic sheet 4, which is heated and softened, between the projected die 12 and the recessed die 11; a process 3 for closing the molding die 13 and adhering the fiber sheet 5 and the thermoplastic sheet 4 through the hot-melt adhesive layer 6 between the projected die 12 and the recessed die 11, and forming in a box shape; a process 4 for opening the molding die 13, releasing the box-shaped molded product 1, and taking out the box-shaped molded product 1.
