<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image content distribution system allowing a user to shorten and watch the reproduction period of a moving image content, without designating a section to be reproduced. <P>SOLUTION: A moving image content distribution system 1 comprises a communication terminal 21 and a server 11 connected with the communication terminal 21 via a network 30. The communication terminal 21 comprises: a reproduction processing part for reproducing a moving image content; and a reproduced section storage part for recording a reproduced section being a section in which the reproduction processing part has reproduced the moving image. The server comprises: a totalizing part for totalizing the reproduction frequency of each reproduced section received from a reproduced section storage part of the communication terminal; and a totalized result storage part for recording the totalized result totalized by the totalizing part.
