<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a money gift envelope forming sheet from which an envelop with a message can be easily formed, which is suitable for the protection of earth environmental resources, and furthermore, on which the message or the like can be easily printed, and the money gift envelope. <P>SOLUTION: The money gift envelope forming sheet includes a sheet A adaptable to a printer of a personal computer or word processor, and a first perforation 61 provided on the sheet A in a developed figure shape of the money gift envelope 11. When the sheet A is cut along the first perforation 61, an expansion sheet B of the money gift envelope 11 is formed.
