摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery material lamination substrate enabling an easy control of a curve state, and a battery material lamination method and a battery manufacturing method using the same substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The battery material lamination substrate comprises a temperature-sensitive metal lamination, enabling the control of the curve state by temperature. The battery material lamination method and the battery manufacturing method comprises: a mask disposition step of disposing a mask on the surface of a base material at least including the battery material lamination substrate; a curve state adjustment step of adjusting the curve state of the base material having the mask disposed thereon, by adjusting the temperature of the battery material lamination substrate; and a battery material lamination step of laminating a battery material on the base material with the adjusted curve state, having the mask disposed thereon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
