<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize a waterproof construction for the convex-shaped terminals of unit cells in a battery pack regardless of how the exterior case is constructed and how many unit cells there are, as well as to realize insulation between the lead plates connected to the convex-shaped terminals of unit cells and the exterior can. <P>SOLUTION: A core pack 20 has a double-sided tape piece 41 pasted to a front face 21a of a unit cell group 21 and a double-sided tape piece 42 pasted to a rear face 21b of the same. Lead plates 51-55 are disposed in a horizontal row at regular intervals on the front face side of the double-sided tape piece 41, and lead plates 61-66 are disposed in a horizontal row at regular intervals on the rear face side of the double-sided tape piece 42. The lead plates 51-55 and 61-66 are connected to the terminals of respective unit cells 30 by welding. The disposed lead plates 51-55 have a waterproof tape piece 71 pasted thereto from the front face side, and the lead plates 61-66 have a waterproof tape piece 72 pasted thereto from the rear face side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
