<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility information display device capable of easily displaying appropriate detail information on facilities existing in a vicinity of a place where a user directs a camera and photographs. <P>SOLUTION: A facility information display device which can display detail information on a facility comprises: present location detection means to detect a present location; imaging means to image a subject; direction detection means to detect a direction that the imaging means faces; input means to perform several operations of the facility information display device; display means to display information; a database to store positional information on a facility and detail information on the facility; and information retrieval means to retrieve the facility existing within a range with the present location as a center based on the present location detected by the present location detection means when a photographing operation is performed by the input means as well as the direction detected by the direction detection means.
