<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine which easily and stably fixes oil baths. <P>SOLUTION: A motor generator comprises: a rotor; a stator 14 composed of a stator core 16 and a coil; oil baths 30 covering coil ends 18 protruding from end surfaces of the stator core 16; and a case 20 housing the rotor, the stator 14, and the oil baths 30. Each oil bath 30 closely contacts with the end surface of the stator core 16 to form a coolant passage around the coil end 18. Two oil baths 30 are fastened together by a stator bolt 32 with the stator core 16 sandwiched therebetween and threadedly fastened to the case 20 with the stator core 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
