<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording apparatus which can restrict both the coloring of reflected light and image clarity within an allowable range required in each of a color mode and a monochromatic mode in any of the modes, and can output a high-quality image. <P>SOLUTION: Recording duties of a first image quality improving liquid of a low permeability and a second image quality improving liquid of a high permeability are set so that a ratio of the recording duty of the first image quality improving liquid to that of the second image quality improving liquid becomes higher in the monochromatic mode than in the color mode. Appropriate kinds of the image quality improving liquids are applied by an appropriate ratio and an appropriate amount for each of the color mode and monochromatic mode. The coloring of the reflected light and the image clarity are restricted within the allowable range required for each mode in any of the color mode and the monochromatic mode, so that a high-quality image can be outputted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
