<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case mold type capacitor having superior moisture resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A capacitor element 12 configured using a basic element 18 having an alternate lamination structure of a dielectric 14 and a metal deposition film 16 and provided with a pair of metallikon electrodes 24a, 24b connected with one ends of terminals 26a, 26b for external connection is housed in a metal case 32, the case 32 is then filled with non-conductive filler 34 and the other ends of the terminals 26a, 26b are projected to the outside through an opening 36 of the case 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
